This Cookie Policy explains how Jazbic LLC ("Jazbic," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies when you visit jazbic.com or use the Jazbic web application at my.jazbic.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics is used only on the public marketing website at jazbic.com and is not deployed in the authenticated Jazbic application at my.jazbic.com. Analytics technologies are enabled only after a visitor consents to Analytics cookies.

1. SCOPE

This Policy applies to cookies and similar technologies used on jazbic.com and my.jazbic.com. Some technologies are necessary to provide authentication, security, session management, preferences, and other core functionality. Other technologies, such as Google Analytics on jazbic.com, are used only after the visitor provides the required consent.

2. WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser on a device. Similar technologies can include browser local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and other identifiers or scripts that store or access information on a device or communicate information to a service provider.

These technologies can be used to keep a user signed in, protect an account, remember preferences, detect automated abuse, understand website traffic, and support other functions described in this Policy and our Privacy Policy.

3. HOW WE USE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

3.1 Strictly necessary, authentication, and security technologies

Jazbic may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Services, maintain authenticated sessions, protect accounts, remember security or consent preferences, troubleshoot the Services, and provide basic functionality. These technologies are not used by Jazbic for targeted advertising.

We also use Google reCAPTCHA on certain authentication-related pages to help detect and prevent automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may process browser, device, network, and security-related signals under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

3.2 Analytics technologies

On jazbic.com only, we use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and interactions so we can understand how the marketing site is used and improve it. Google Analytics is not deployed in the authenticated Jazbic application at my.jazbic.com.

The Google Analytics tag is configured to run only after the visitor consents to Analytics cookies. Google Signals, Google Analytics Advertising Features, and ads personalization are not enabled. We do not intentionally send email addresses, account identifiers, Customer Content, Gmail or Calendar content, or other Jazbic application content to Google Analytics.

4. COOKIES AND TECHNOLOGIES WE USE

The technologies used may change as the Services evolve. The table below describes the principal categories and the Google Analytics cookies currently expected to be used. Strictly necessary cookie or storage names may vary by technical implementation and are used only for the purposes described below.

5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Google Analytics may receive information such as page views, page URLs, referring URLs, interaction or event data, browser and device information, language, screen resolution, and a pseudonymous client identifier. Google may process network information such as an IP address in connection with Analytics; Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Google documents that the _ga cookie is used to distinguish users and that _ga_<container-id> is used to persist session state. Google documents a default expiration of two years for both cookies, although cookie settings may be changed and a visitor may delete cookies earlier.

Google Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property and Google's applicable retention rules. We use Analytics for website measurement and improvement, not for advertising, remarketing, or ads personalization.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND CONSENT

Analytics cookies are not enabled on jazbic.com until you consent through our cookie-consent mechanism. You may decline Analytics cookies and continue to use the public website, although some measurement information will not be available to us.

If you previously consented, you may withdraw that consent through the cookie-preference controls we provide. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics-cookie use by Jazbic but does not automatically delete information previously collected by Google Analytics. Existing cookies may remain on your device until they expire or you delete them through your browser settings.

Most browsers also allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies or browser storage may prevent login, session management, security controls, or other core features from working correctly.

7. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGIES

Some cookies or similar technologies are provided or controlled by third parties, including Google for Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy provides additional information about our service providers, Google Workspace data, and how we disclose information.

8. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our technologies, Services, legal requirements, or provider configurations. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. If a change materially affects a consent-based cookie practice, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law before applying the changed practice to affected visitors.
